How Teeth Become Infected?

Typically, when a tooth gets an infection, it is due to bacterial contamination. Bacteria make their way through the tooth structure and eventually enter the deeper layer of the tooth.

Sometimes, it may lead to a swelling. Pus may accumulate and cause pain. This process is very painful and causes pain, swelling, and a general lethargic feeling. Visit your dentist, in such condition to reduce your pain and swelling, before it worsens.
